Projects
Here are some projects I led throughout my time working at Western Washington University as well as an undergrad studying Business Administration and Communication Studies.

Associated Students of WWU - Project Management project. Spring 2014
Acquired community management system (OrgSync) for organization and university through grant allocation. Implemented software further into the Associated Students organiztion as well as the university's club system system for student organizations to use. Further implemented by integrating university's online social community onto this platform. Managed group that used an API to integrate in-house website and database with this platform to provide more outlets for students to connect and interact with. Student/organizational involvement and usage went up drastically.

Also included was a brand plan, marketing goals, and strategies for the marketing mix (product, pricing, promotion, distribution). Marketing plan was presented to The Bell's management and marketing staff in which they adopted suggestions we proposed.

We analyzed daily tasks and general weekly customer trends to provide feedback of most efficient use of employee time. We then assessed the local demographics of customers to help them best tailor their product to the community. We had a presentation to the owners as well as the employees in which the owners took on suggestions we offered.
